Y2k Agile Project Management /Â Control
The y2k Project was a significant piece of work involving the creation of a SQL Server Database to determine where date processing was involved. By identifying the initiation processes I was then able to define the sprints for assurance testing. Whilst the work was scheduled out it was really Test Driven and was repeated over the two years as development teams continued with their build.
